Page 2 lists animals 7-21 (AQA-3 through AGB-3); animal 7 (AQA-3) is explicitly F/Adult; animals 8-19 inherit F/Adult via ditto; animal 20 (AFB-3) is explicitly M; animal 21 (AGB-3) inherits M via ditto line. Page 3 lists animals 7-21 (AOB-3 through YZB-3); animal 7 (AOB-3) is explicitly M/Adult; remaining animals inherit M/Adult via ditto lines. Page 4 lists animals 7-13 (ZAB-3 through ZYB-3); animal 7 (ZAB-3) is explicitly M/Adult; animals 8-13 inherit via ditto; rows 14-21 are blank. Total listed animals across all pages: 7 (pg1) + 14 (pg2, animals 8-21) + 14 (pg3, animals 8-21) + 7 (pg4, animals 8-13) = wait — correcting count: pg1 rows 1-7=7 animals; pg2 rows 7-21=15 entries but row 7 restarts numbering, so pg2 adds animals 8-21=14 new; pg3 adds another 14 (AOB-3 through YZB-3 = positions 7-21 with restart, so 14 new animals 22-35 effectively); pg4 adds 7 more (ZAB-3 through ZYB-3). Total = 7+14+14+7 = 42, but form states 44 — slight discrepancy likely due to difficulty reading some IDs. The Bordetella vaccine administered 03/14/2024 by Merck applies to all animals.
